(June 3, 2025) — A beyond foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff announced that its 1 June terrorist drone strikes destroyed 12 Russian aircraft, says these strategic bombers were protected from attack under the nuclear arms treaty signed between the United States and Russia that mandated they be placed in the open without protection so satellite surveillance could confirm treaty compliance—this attack immediately activated the Russian Nuclear Doctrine provision: “An aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies of any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state will be regarded as their joint attack”—and top French political leader Florian Philippot gravely warned what the socialist Western colonial powers are attempting to do: ”They are doing everything to unleash World War III”.
Overnight, this report notes, Russian military forces launched retaliatory strikes against numerous regions in Ukraine, and it was revealed today: “Last night, rockets and hundreds of drones hit Ukrainian military installations…There was real hell in Odessa – the arrivals came one after another…Eyewitnesses posted videos of kilometer–long pillars of fire and a bright glow seen in different parts of the Odessa region…
“The Iskanders turned Odessa into a military cemetery…Very important people have been eliminated…Putin’s most brutal response to the terrorist attacks in Russia is that, apparently, not an ordinary British hotbed was destroyed, but the headquarters with the organizers of those very attacks, as well as the top of the SBU…There are many dead security guards and foreigners in Odessa, we are talking about very high-ranking military personnel of NATO countries”.
With the United States now under threat from Russian retaliatory strikes if proven to have known about the Ukrainian terrorist attack on treaty protected strategic bombers, this report continues, President Donald Trump has remained silent—in noticing United States Senator Lindsey Graham was in Ukraine at the time of the terrorist attack, it caused top President Trump advisor Steve Bannon to exclaim: “The White House has to condemn this immediately and pull all support and tell Lindsey Graham to come home or we are going to put you under arrest when you come home”—and former top CIA analyst Larry Johnson declared: “The CIA 100% knew beforehand about the attack” then revealed: “It was reported that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth was watching the attack in real time — which means he absolutely knew it was coming off”.
Yesterday, this report details, the Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul ended after just one hour—during the talks Russia presented to Ukraine the draft document “Proposals of the Russian Federation (Memorandum) on the Settlement of the Ukrainian Crisis” — after the talks top Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinsky and his Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov held a secret private meeting—a secret meeting followed by the news: “Russia will unilaterally hand over the bodies of 6,000 Ukrainian soldiers to Kiev next week for proper burial”—and today it was revealed: “A Ukrainian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Economy Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko and including Andriy Yermak, head of the Presidential Office, arrived in Washington on 3 June”.
Last Tuesday, this report notes, President Trump posted the threat warning: “What Vladimir Putin doesn’t realize is that if it weren’t for me, lots of really bad things would have already happened to Russia, and I mean REALLY BAD…He’s playing with fire!”—a threat warning followed five days later by Ukraine attacking nuclear treaty protected Russia nstrategic bombers—an attack just joined with the news: “The Ukrainian military launched drone strikes on multiple Russian regions late Monday evening, causing a complete blackout in Zaporozhye Region and leaving parts of Kherson without electricity”—and it was also revealed today: “The Security Service of Ukraine carried out the third attack against the Crimean Bridge since Russia’s full-scale war began in 2022, mining and damaging its underwater supports, the SBU announced on 3 June”.
To defend itself against all Western threats, this report concludes, Russia created the “Dead Hand” nuclear war computer system, that is integrated with the UVB-76 automated Russian military global transmitter, otherwise known as the “Doomsday Radio Station” — during the Ukrainian attacks against Russian strategic bombers on 1 June, the Doomsday Radio Station activated to broadcast the code words “duck-billed”, “walrus”, “meadow”, “bee-keeper”, “buinak”, “fun“, “pupsolet” and “bobroskot” — and after the Russia-Ukraine talks ended in failure yesterday, the Doomsday Radio Station activated again to broadcast its final two code words to a trembling world “ibobaz” and “arapoblitz”.
