MOSCOW (June 20,2025) A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping discussed the Middle East crisis, says this discussion joined the news:
“Several Boeing 747s have been spotted on radar leaving China for Iran over the last week”— the Israeli Defense Ministry announced: “Cargo planes carrying military equipment to defend Israel arrived on Thursday”— and Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova grimly warned:
“Every day, missiles are launched several times at Iran’s peaceful civilian infrastructure nuclear facilities, which are under the control of the IAEA observers who are there…It is necessary to understand that we are millimeters away from disaster”.

In knowing the sheer insanity of attacking any type of nuclear facility, this report notes, Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned:
“Everyone, even the Israeli defense minister, with his loud declaration about Khamenei’s fate, must understand that attacks on nuclear facilities are extremely dangerous and can lead to a repeat of the Chernobyl tragedy”— a warning followed by top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announcing:
“Israel has assured Russia it will guarantee the safety of Russian specialists working at Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant”— and the leftist New York Times revealed today:
“U.S. intelligence agencies continue to believe that Iran has yet to decide whether to make a nuclear bomb…That assessment has not changed since the intelligence agencies last addressed the question of Iran’s intentions in March”.

In preparation for destroying the non-existent Iranian nuclear weapons program, this report continues, the nuclear war Doomsday Plane arrived in Washington for President Donald Trump — White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt then told reporters President Trump will make a decision “within two weeks” on whether to join Israel’s war against Iran to eliminate its non-existent nuclear weapons program — are the next two weeks that exactly coincides with the time frame President Trump gave Congress to pass his Big Beautiful Bill so he can sign it into law on 4 July — and Axios revealed today:
“60% of polled Americans think the U.S. military should not get involved in the conflict between Israel and Iran…That largely holds up across party lines, with 65% of Democrats, 61% of independents and 53% of Republicans opposing U.S. military intervention in Iran”.

With it being unknowable if President Trump will choose an insane war with Iran over his Big Beautiful Bill, this report details, the Ukrainian newspaper Kyiv Independent raged today:
“Trump’s failure to bring peace is a result of his chaotic, incoherent and incompetent approach…Instead of being a genuine intermediary, Trump has pressured Ukraine rather than Russia and actively supported Israel in the multiple wars in the Middle East…And while Trump seems to have chosen a side in each conflict, he has shown a lack of strategy and long-term planning to end each of the wars”—and Politico also revealed today:
“Amid the pitched political battles that have engulfed Washington over Ukraine, there is one rare point of bipartisan consensus: Everyone has had it with Andriy Yermak, chief of staff to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the second most powerful man in Ukraine”.

As a consequence for attacking the non-existent nuclear weapons program in Iran, this report notes, the Wall Street Journal observed today:
“Israel’s conflict with Iran is costing the country hundreds of millions of dollars a day, a price tag that could constrain Israel’s ability to conduct a lengthy war…The biggest single cost are the interceptors needed to blow up incoming Iranian missiles, which alone can amount to between tens of millions to $200 million a day…
“Ammunition and aircraft also add to the price tag of the war, as does the unprecedented damage to buildings…Some estimates so far say that rebuilding or repairing damage could cost Israel at least $400 million”—and the Times of Israel newspaper just revealed:
“An Iranian ballistic missile directly hit the Weizmann Institute…Established in 1934 by Israel’s first president and prominent scientist, Chaim Weizmann, the Weizmann Institute is a world-leading multidisciplinary research institution in the natural and exact sciences…Some 45 labs were wrecked…A senior academic from Weizmann estimated that the cost of building an empty laboratory facility is around $50 million…Providing it with the proper equipment could cost another $50 million”.

With Israel facing a $4.5 billion cost just to replace the 45 destroyed laboratories at the Weizmann Institute, this report concludes, it is a grim economic fact of war that joins the Jerusalem Post newspaper revealing today:
“As the war continues and Israel’s airspace remains severely restricted, the number of flights operating in and out of the country is painfully limited – as of writing, just two per day…Rescue sailings are even rarer…For the thousands of Israelis stranded abroad – many of them with families still in Israel – the options to return home are dwindling, confusing, or impossibly expensive…More galling still are the private actors profiting off of people’s misery…The Jerusalem Post has confirmed reports of travelers being quoted NIS 10,000 for a private boat transfer to Cyprus, another quoted €4,000 to cross the strip of water between Israel and the island…Others have been offered entry into Israel via Jordan for $12,000…It is profiteering of the worst kind, capitalizing on panic, separation from loved ones, and the dislocation of war”.
