Stop Trump’s Illegal, Deadly, Lawless War on Venezuela

(October 25, 2025) — The U.S. War Department is now sending numerous battleships and submarines, including the world’s largest aircraft carrier, toward Venezuela, where Trump has threatened attacks on land to follow those that have killed over 40 people on 10 boats.1 The CIA has already been assigned to overthrow the Venezuelan government.2
We need to raise hell! A U.S. decision to massively bomb Syria in 2013 was reversed in large part by public pressure.3 Several times a push in Washington to urgently start a war on Iran has been halted, in large part by public pressure.4
This threat of another catastrophic overthrow war comes as the shame of the Iraq war is fading in Washington, and carries forward a long tradition of U.S. abuse of Latin America (see book event below).
