The Petrogas-Dollar: The Secret
US Strategy Behind the Iran War

All Wars are Bankers’ Wars — and Resource Wars

My summary of Journalist Richard Medhurst’s video.
(April 10, 2026) — The U.S. wants to dominate world energy markets. The wars in Venezuela, Ukraine/Russia and China force the EU and China to buy U.S. natural gas and oil. The U.S. also wants to protect the Petro-dollar. The U.S. is taking over energy resources in Venezuela, Iran, Gaza and Syria. And the U.S. is destroying Russia’s oil refineries and blocking their oil tankers.
U.S. policies are also de-industrializing Europe, removing a U.S. competitor (and ally).
Trump does this piracy openly, but the U.S. foreign policy for years has been going in this direction.
If another country (Russia, Venezuela or Iran) tries to sell oil independently of the petrodollar, the U.S. provokes a war with them and blows up their oil infrastructure and oil tankers.
The U.S. pretended to attack Venezuela to fight drug trafficking. Does anyone believe that story?
The CIA engineered the war in Ukraine to wean Europe from Russian oil and to use the poor Ukrainians as pawns in a nasty proxy war with Russia.
U.S. oil companies are making huge profits. Chevron especially is taking over Venezuelan oil and is active worldwide. Chevron’s CEO complained recently that oil prices are still too low.
“UN Journalist Richard Medhurst reveals how the Iran War is just one chapter in a US plan to monopolize energy and dismantle the Silk Road. Witness the transition of an empire into a Pirate State that feeds on the cannibalization of its own allies. Medhurst connects the dots from Venezuela, to Iran, to China, to Greenland — and all roads lead to Washington.”
Medhurst’s analysis ignores the role of Netanyahu and the Israel lobby in pressuring Trump to wage wars.
