ACTION ALERT: Paramount Cannot
Air Trump’s UFC White House Disgrace
Lee Ann Hall / National Campaign for Justicen
(June 8, 2026) — I know it’s hard to believe, but Trump has made the White House UFC spectacle even more grotesque. He is now comparing the UFC cage being built on the White House lawn to the Eiffel Tower and saying “maybe we’ll never ever take it down.”
That is how far this has gone. Trump is talking about a corporate cage fight structure on the people’s lawn like it is a national monument.
This was already a disgrace. UFC Freedom 250 is being sold as a celebration of America’s 250th birthday, but the whole thing is built around Trump’s ego, donor access, corporate sponsors, VIP packages, and a Paramount+ paywall. Ordinary Americans are being told to pay Paramount to watch their own White House turned into a branded fight-night backdrop.
Now Trump is openly floating the idea that the cage could stay up permanently. Paramount cannot pretend this is just another broadcast. If they air this, they are helping normalize Trump’s takeover of the White House as a personal entertainment venue.
The White House belongs to the American people. It should never be treated like Trump’s private arena, the UFC’s promotional stage, or Paramount’s subscription bait.
This is exactly why Paramount’s role matters. The broadcast is what turns this stunt into a national spectacle. It takes Trump’s abuse of public property, wraps it in corporate production value, and sells it back to the public through a streaming platform.
The same military personnel being used to fill the crowd are being told to pay their own way to Washington, D.C., leave their families behind, wear uniforms, and meet physical requirements to be placed on camera. Trump gets the patriotic scenery. UFC gets the branding. Paramount gets the viewers. The public gets locked outside unless they pay.
And now Trump wants America to believe a UFC cage on the White House lawn belongs in the same conversation as the Eiffel Tower. No. The people’s house is not a monument to Trump’s ego, and Paramount should not help him make it one.
Demand Paramount pull the plug and refuse to air Trump’s White House UFC spectacle now.
Let’s make it clear that the people’s White House is not for sale.
The White House is one of the most recognizable public buildings in the world. It is supposed to represent the American people, not serve as a private stage for Donald Trump, UFC executives, corporate sponsors, and streaming profits.
That is why Paramount needs to hear from the public immediately.
By airing UFC Freedom 250 from the White House lawn, Paramount would help turn a national symbol into a commercial entertainment venue. This is not a normal sporting event. This is not just another livestream. This is a private company broadcasting a cage fight from the people’s house while Trump wraps it in flags, access, donors, and political spectacle.
A celebration of America’s 250th birthday should belong to the country. It should not become an exclusive event where VIP donors and corporate sponsors get access, invited insiders fill the seats, and ordinary Americans are sent to a streaming platform to watch from the outside.
The treatment of military personnel makes this even more disgraceful. Troops are being recruited to attend in uniform, asked to pay their own travel costs, and screened through physical requirements before they can be placed in the crowd. Service members should never be used as set dressing for a political media event.
Paramount’s role matters because the broadcast is what gives this stunt its power. Without a major platform airing it, Trump’s White House cage match is just another obscene abuse of public property. With Paramount behind it, the spectacle becomes normalized, monetized, and packaged as entertainment.
The White House lawn cannot be turned into a branded UFC backdrop. America’s birthday should not be put behind a subscription. Military personnel should not be used as props. And Paramount should not help Trump sell the people’s house back to the public as a streaming event.
